Hi Everyone,I just got a bottal on Thermorexin and just need to know if i should take it on my rest days and if so how much caps?also when i opened the bottal there are two littel bags that say (pillow pak)on them,what are they for ?

hahahahahaha, that's a silica gel pack, so dont eat it. They are used to absorb moisture in the bottle.
