HI 2 ALL MY FRINEDZ,
I M A NEWBIE 2 BODYBUILDING. I M QUITE SKINNY GUY. I M 15 YRS OLD & 6'1'' TALL & WEIGH AS PETITE GIRL ABOUT 130 LBS AND I THINKING OF TAKING STEROIDS FOR SHORT PERIOD & WHEN I GROW LITTLE BIGGER I 'LL STOP. IS THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS AND IF I STOP USING THEM WILL I LOSE MY MUSCLES OR NOT.

PLZ HELP ME & SHARE UR SUGGESTIONS :confused:
 
Side effects you will stop growing dude, your 15. 6'1" is a pretty good height but any other bone growth will also cease, and I am going to guess your frame probably is not very large. With or without drugs you need to EAT, in fact on steroids you need to eat more than naturally and it sounds like your not eating at all.

No matter how fast your metabolism is if you can't gain naturally by eating your way there then you dont belong using. This is a bit of a methedology/science, and if you dont get your ducks in a row then you probably are going to be the type to suffer side effects and not be happy with your gains.

thats the reason i ve meintioned above i m thinking of taking them
if i try to be on my diet wat should i eat. i know i ve to eat 5-6time. and i m eating hardly 4 big meals. if i stop growing never mind.
plz help me to walk 2 the right track
 
I would start by adding 750 calories to what you eat every day. I would go for 1.2g protein per pound of bodyweight or thereabouts.

So, get in your protein (130x1.2 = 156grams), spread it out over 5-6 meals a day as evenly as you can. Balance your meals!

Count how many calories you eat now and start adding too it, or simply take 750 calories of known food and add it to your diet.

Protein = 4 calories per gram
Carbs = 4 calories per gram
Fats = 9 calories per gram

You gain weight from what you put in your mouth, and you HOLD your bodyweight from what you put in your mouth. Once you gain weight you will have to continue to eat more than you used to in order to continue to hold that bodyweight or you will lose it.

Steroids wont do anything for you without a HIGH calorie diet, especially if you are already skinny.

If you can get meat, rice/bread/potato/pasta and milk, those should be good growing foods for you as far as gaining weight.

yeh man... i totally agree KEEP GROWING wait till your 18 man ATLEAST... i know many of short guys because they started taking roids and QUIT GROWING it makes your bones Seize up... PERMANTLY

yup mudge the most anabolic stubstance on the planet is food by far. Just an interesting side note I know a few guys who were true ectos who got into bodybuilding about 10 years ago. They were probely 160 at around 5"11. Now they are around 250+ it seems like there bodys have realy adapted to the load of carrying all that extra weight around

actually i wanna tell u guys that i was 110 before 2 months and i gained 20 lbs in two months and even in these two months i didnt eat enough.whatever i gained 20 lbs in two months without eating enough. i often waste my testorene will it effect to my bodybuilding carrer.
ANY SUGESSTIONS PLZ
 
You wont gain weight without the food unfortunately, unless you eat alot of salt and then you'll gain water weight and of course you will have high blood pressure.

I dont spend that much money on food, its what you buy thats important. I dont know what the cost of food, or what food is like though in your part of the world.

u can buy BULK chicken breast for cheap... GRILL them all on the grill and eat the bastards for a week or 2
 
Steroids probably costs nothing there, but unfortunately without the food you aren't going to go very far at all. Muscle is meat, meat is made up of protein, you can't build protein (meat) by injecting oil into your body if you are not eating the protein to make the meat.
 
my food bill is around 75$-100$
a week for just me. It takes a ton of good food to put on quality mass
 
Ok, lets compare it to a cars engine.

VE (Volumetric Efficiency) is your cars efficiency ratio per cubic inch or xx given volume, this would be our anabolic state (steroids, natural, etc)

If you have a very high VE then you need more air fuel than a lower VE engine, this is our food. To make horsepower you need more fuel/air (food), otherwise you dont get the horsepower (your mass, your bodyweight, etc).

Once you slap on your supercharger or turbocharger, not only do you need to increase the fuel but the air/fuel ratio at wide open also is increased, from say 13.0:1 or so on a normally aspirated WOT setup to 11.7-12.5:1 depending on the cars weight yada yada. This may only make sense to BO I'm not sure :D So generally not only are you going to eat alot more on steroids, your going to eat ALOT MORE to get maximal results.

Protein for the muscle retention and raw calories to be able to sustain a given amount of bodyweight, without all of these the steroids aren't going to do much of anything but make you a little stronger and increase your anabolic state to some degree, which is worthless since you can't put the fuel into the machine to get more power out of it/weight
 
Hey Ahsan, Dont sweat it. When I was 15 I was 6'1'' And wrestled in the 132 lb weight class. If I had gear then I would have taken it and regreated it. Your friends wont always make fun of you if you eat like a horse and train hard.Buy some of Joe Weiders weight training books and start doing a proper lifting routine.With your naturally lean body and natural output of test. you will be stoked in less than six months.
Im now 30 years old 6'2'' 255lbs and none of my friends make fun of me. Body building is a game of hard work, patience and education there are no real short cuts.

2 whole eggs, 1 cup milk,oatmeal ( a cup), 3 bananas.
LUNCH
2 to 3 chapati bread, a apple or any other friut avalaible,sago seed 1 cup, 3 bananas, chicken or beef or any vegetable.I MOSTLY EAT BEEF IN PIECES 2 PLATES

AFTER WORKOUT
any fruit, an egg, 3 bananas,1 cup milk.

DINNER
FOOD (chicken or beef or any vegetable I often eat mutton), friut (any),2 c

For one thing, drugs don't cost dick in Pakistan. Of course it is all relative to what you earn.

Secondly, I don't think there is whey protein just floating around Karachi. Besides, where the heck you getting a 30 days supply of 300mg/day for $40.00?

You haven't had protein in your system all night long, and you are taking in 10 grams of complete protein, not much to speak of man.

You need way, way more protein everywhere in the diet, start posting in the diet forum.

You dont get enough protein, each meal of mine is 55-60 grams of protein and other than your meal with meat in it I see hardly anything at all, that is 6 meals.

Your eating enough protein for a 12 year old girl :grin:
