Hi everyone!!
I am 29 from Australia (female ) and I have been training most of my life.
I have been personal training within a studio for about a year, and previously teaching and training martial arts, e.g Ju jitsu kickboxing ect.
I am enjoying teaching and always looking for new and exciting ways to push myself and others inside and out of the studio.
I do feel though my knowledge of weight training could be better improved, I really want to help men and women to REALLY acheive their goals inside and out.
I have had a roller coaster ride my self over the years in regards to what not to do, as I was a gymnast for many years then over trained at the gym and developed a eating disorder, which was very serious. I over came and continued to train and have had 2 healthy boys since then.
I have a great balance with my training and diet and keep my self in great condition.
Anyway It's nice to meet you all I will stop blabbing on now!
