Hi Guys, i apologize if this is discussed elsewhere, but i was wondering, what is the best post work out time line? I work out at a gym that is about 10 minutes from my house, how long after the work out should i have my protein and glutamine?
I was also curious, how long is it viable once you mix it? If i do an hour long work out, or hour and a half, if i mix the shake to bring it with me, does it lose it's effect? Is it better to wait the 10 minutes after the workout?
