Newbie here, 5'8" 160, been out of the gym for too long fixin to jump back in with both feet. Hit the 31 year mark and was told a few months ago, in my heavier days (225) that I was borderline diabetic. Diabetes runs in my family so I'm very conscious of my sugar intake now.
Would it be beneficial for me to use an isolate or is there any difference? I know most whey's are moving to no sugar or alternatives (stevia please). Anyone have thoughts or recommendations for killer isolates.
