Tracking question

The tracking info I was given says that my package was accepted at so and so facility. Basically it was stating that the package was dropped off to them from naps. The status hasn't changed at all in about a week now. It's still early, so I'm definitely not sweating anything but just out of curiosity, I was wondering how reliable tracking can be. I understand that this is totally out of naps hands and they've been great as far as communication goes. I used they're "live" messenger to ask a few questions about payment and was always given the info I needed. Definitely appreciative of they're customer service.
