Training help wtih first cycle?

Im just wondering if anyone can help me out with some info on a worthy routine for Nandro Deca. I usually work my chest for about 3 days strait for an hour or hour/half each time. then one day off then to my legs. does this sounds right? or should i let my upper body rest more? i dont feel much fatique the following night when my workout starts again but when i go home im pretty torn up,upper body wise. thanks guys

also ive seen some decent weight gains. starting for around 160 at 6foot1 im now at 174ish after about 3 weeks? does that sound right?
 
Ur question is abit unclear. Ur saying ur training chest 3 days in a row then legs, r u training ur whole body? How long have u been training 4?

wow some people can be real dicks., i mean is it so fucking hard to help someone out without sarcasm or what, im just trying to get help, isnt that the point to online opinionated forums? i thought so.
 
I honestly thought you were joking. Are the following correct?

1) You work your chest three days in a row for about an hour, then you work your legs one day. This is your training plan?

2) You are 160 lbs and 6'1" and plan to use steroids?

I advice not using steroids and doing more research into how to train properly.
 
no your understanding wrong. and sorry for saying that. I work anything upper day one, abs and thighs day two, and then legs and light upper again on day three. does that sounds legit? and yes im planning on using... i guess im not really breaking it down. but i do train quite hard i think. i dont know but it feels like a good routine to me and my trainer thinks it works great.

Yes, the all chest routine, one of my favorites... and at 174 you've definitely maxed out your frame... juicing is exactly what you need, its impossible for you to get any bigger naturally...

Your trainer sounds like he knows his shit
 
yeah hes a cool guy. not so much a hired trainer. but he taught me everything he does and somewhat of a diet. beer is a bad part of my diet... that doesnt help much around the abs lol.. yeah at 160-174 i can eat junk or healthy all day and not gain more than a pound.
 
Yes, the all chest routine, one of my favorites... and at 174 you've definitely maxed out your frame... juicing is exactly what you need, its impossible for you to get any bigger naturally...

To address your orginal question, your routine doesn't need to be tailored to your cycle. If you change anything on cycle, it should usually just be a slight increase in total training volume.

Not to be a dick, but im 5'10" 175lbs and nowhere near filling out my frame. I've been 190 before naturally, and wasnt slowing down untill i got myself injured. Lay off the gear, it sounds to me that all you need right now is to learn more about nutrition and training.

Save yourself some money and hassle, and check out the other sections of this forum. You dont need this stuff yet.
