Starting a 2week TRENBOMB cycle, everythings prepared
(milk thistle)
(novadex)
(diet)
Just after any advice on the training whilst on the cycle.
My normal routine is .... 1 hour a day, for mass & strength.
Monday... chest
Tue... shoulders
wed... bi's and tri's
thu... rest
fri.... back
sat & sun rest
Askin would you changthe routine from 1 body part a day . (mon... chest ) to two body parts a day (mon... chest and tricepts)
Obviously Still keepng to my 1 hour a day limit in the gym
ANY HELP APPRICIATED.
