tren e side effects?

i did inject 0.2 cc of tren a couple month ago. i am always careful with new gear and start very low. everything was fine and after about 20 minutes i started to have a hard time breathing through my nose and i was sweating like crazy.. any ideas what happened? i am in my 40s did a few cycles before but never with tren so far. my heart rate went up to. i took an aspirin and after about 15 minutes everything was back to normal.
