Trt typical dose?

What is the typical dose of test for therapeutic use? Reason I ask is I talked to a friend that was having some of the same issues I am having and he said his DR gives him test depot 200 once a month. This from my experience seems low and too infrequent to be beneficial. Looking for thoughts on this.

Minimum 100mgs a week.

100mg per week is a typical starting dose. Better to split that up into a shot every 3.5 days.

Most general practitioners use that extremely conservative protocol. (200 per month). This will raise test levels very slowly and will also subject him to What's called the roller coaster effect. 100 per week is normal protocol from a doctor who knows trt Well. Some guys get as much as 200 per week depending on baseline levels.

This is what I was thinking as well. Thanks for confirming what I thought to be true.

My dr gives me 100 mg a week but he's a GP and not an endo. 100-200 mg a week is pretty standard.

I do 200 mg test cyp weekly split into 3 shots MWF.

I was on 100mg per week for about 3 years. Now I'm at 200mg. I thought I was feeling good at 100mg, but 200 is a whole new level for me.

Dosing once a month is foolish, IMO. 200mgs per week is golden for the average guy.
