Trying to add some size. What other supplements would you recommend?

Hey everyone,

I'm 25, 5'7 and weigh 192 lbs.

I'm looking to add some more size/get thicker and just wanted to hear what you guys thought on the supplements I'm taking now and what I should add or remove.

Flaxseed Oil
Fish Oil
Superior Amino 2222
Whey Protein
Centrum (multivitamin)
CEE

Besides the obvious eating right and alot, what other supplements should I incorporate?

Your supps right now seem pretty good what is you training look like how long have you been at it then maybe we can get a better idea of what to recommend:thumb:

Hey, I've been training for about 3 years now but haven't taken that extra step as far as doing cardio, eating right, etc. One day on the weekends I usually have a few drinks, which is one thing I could cut out. So I know I could start there and work harder.

I used to be straight up fat, 5'7 250 lbs, never did any exercise or lifted weights, due to a bad break-up and depression. Then I decided to start working out about 3 years ago. Now I'm at 190 lbs and have some decent size and in the best shape of my life but would like to get bigger.

My split looks like this:

Monday - Chest/tris
Tuesday - Legs
Wed - OFF
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Back/Bis
Sat/Sun - OFF

I've done a bunch of different routines, but am most comfortable with this one right now. I used to do the same muscle 2x a week, working out 6 days a week. But I'm liking this routine. One thing I've noticed is that my lifts have not gone up, but actually have decreased, I guess maybe its because I lost weight, well thats what I'm hoping at least lol. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated?
 
The 1st thing i would do is get the eating under better control and you do need to do some cardio. Unless you start to eat better supps are really not going to help:thumb:

Yeah I figured as much lol. I mean I eat pretty good actually, its just I know I could be eating better. More protein and whatnot.

No problem yes try to eat the best you can lots of chicken breast, Eggs, fruits and veggies then train like a animal get proper sleep and you will get bigger. Your supps that you are taking now are good:thumb:
