Breakfast protien shake with 25g protien 2 g sugar 4 g carb , snack beef jerkey, lunch 2 chicken breast from burger king grilled chicken sandwich($12 just to throw bun away), supper - chilis- 6 buffalo wings , 8oz siloin, broccoli .. 1 jack daniels and diet coke because hell it's the weekend!!!
