Greetings!
It's been awhile since i posted anything - i'm a relatively new member and my last post i introduced myself and gave some of my statistics. Since that time (over i month ago), my bodyweight has gone up to 213 pounds, while shedding 3 pant sizes. In my young bb days,no matter what exercises i did ( wide grip chins, pulley work, one arm dumbell raises, rows, etc.), my lats would not respond. I did have a nice pair of calluses on my hands though. At present, my lats are growing, still not competition -type lats, but at least they're there. My abs are tight but still have a layer of baby fat, hiding the ripped muscle, coveted by so many men. I'm not complaining because i did not expect the results i'm getting now at 64. I find it interesting and somewhat amusing. Anybody elsehave similar stories?
