Hello Guys !

I have a question concerning creatine usage ;
I have been using a creatine monohydrate product and it has worked for me very well...But the amount I have is about to finish so I bought a new package that is not the same brand, though it is creatine monohydrate too!.. My question is: do I have to change anything in my dosage (other than what stands on the package) and take a break from using it or do any other modification :confused:

I'll be gratefull if you can help me whith that..

Regards

Which brand is the one u currently on n which brand is the Mono that u jus bought?
And if is possible for you to post the Nutritional Facts, ingredients, etc...

The one that I have been using is [Strength Sport Nutrition]
And the new one is [Eiselt]

Both contain: creatine-monohydrate..

Let's say that you have been using 5g per day, 2.5g before and 2.5g after w/o, I don't think u have to change the amount, unless you are going to do the loading phase all over again.

Or in case if the serving size is different, like the one you are using let's say is 10g n has 5g of creatine and the new one serving size is 25g and 10g of creatine, the you just split it, and instead of using the whole serving, use only half of it, and then split it again to take 1/4 serving before and 1/4 after w/o.

Hope this help you a little bit, because I'm not a pro in the Mono area.

Creatine monohydrate = creatine monohydrate.

Youd take the same dosage with one brand as the other, all that changes is the label.
