"v12 Turbo" - starting this tomorrow, a few quick questions..

regarding the doseage i've read lots of different things, which 1 of these would you think to be more effective...

option A:

training days - 1 serving 15min before breakfast, 1 serving post workout
non-training days - 1 serving 15min before breakfast

option B:

training days - 1 serving 30min before workout, 1 serving post workout
non-training days - 1 serving 15min before breakfast

option C:

something else? if so what?


can I mix glutamine with my v12 turbo?

should I have my pre-workout nutrition (oats + whey - normally 30 min before workout as well) before I have the v12 or after I have the v12?

how long should I leave before having my PWOS after having the v12? shall I have the v12 at the gym and the PWS at home, OR should I have the PWOS at the gym, and then the v12 when I get home 30 mins before my PWO meal

yes i've searched every v12 turbo thread on here, can't find anything on these questions, be great if someone could clear any of these up for me

No offense, but I think you're splitting hairs. In either case, I like option C best. Just get it into your system about 6-8 hours apart. I honestly didnt see any difference when I took it in different ways EXCEPT that I noticed a small surge of energy if I took it before workouts. Just get it in your system and dont fret.

I dont believe in glutamine but thats just me. Will leave it to others to answer.

Splitting hairs. Just do it. But if it makes you feel better....accomodate it so that you take the V12 30 minutes before. You should have pre WO nutrition about an hour before, anyways.

If you follow option C, you wont have to worry about all this.

Just get it in your system and do your best to stay close to the directions. If you cant, its not the end of the world.
 
well i ended up taking it as instructed, 30 min before workout, and before my PWO meal (so inbetween my PWO shake and my meal), on off days 30 min before breakfast or another meal

i have to say i can feel it, but for me its no more effective than regular monohydrate, i am a definate creatine responder, creatine works wonders for me but this dosen't seem anything special to me... more or less the same (i can push out an extra rep or 2 in the gym, thats about it! - exactly the same as when i'm on monohydrate)

i don't think i'll be buying this again when i can get the same effects from a product which will cost me 1/2 the price and last longer, glad i've tried it though!
