I buy most of my vitamins from Puritans. I like their sales and I think their quality is par or better. Anyways my question is I want to start supplementing vitamin D and calcium in the near future. I see they offer a combo supplement of ideal doses all in one pill. Is that acceptable to take instead of individual pills? Thanks

How do 102 people look at this and not have any idea...lol....trying to place an order to get these things soon.

Yes. Its fine. You may not need a calcium supplement as most people get enough through their diet but D is essential to absorbing and using calcium. If you feel you need extra calcium then this is easier than taking separate supps for each.

I'm thinking about no longer drinking milk or eating any dairy. So that is the reason behind starting a calcium supplement. Was going to start low dose nothing crazy.

Vitamin D and Magnesium should be about same amount as calcium for better absorption.

Then make sure you get a calcium supplement that should be enough to supplement yourself properly.
