Just wondering if it really matters when vitamin, minerals, and others are taken.
I'll give my current setup a run through:
1 x multi
5 x fish oil, 3+ grams of the good stuff
2 x glucosamine and chron(1500mg and 1200mg)
2 x vit c(2g total)
EC stack(25mg ephedrine 200mg caffeine)
A few other things that are not relevant to supps section.

Is it best to split up or does it not matter. Any thoughts about adding a decent BCAAs?

I split mine up. Some things the body buffers / reserves well, others it doesn't. If you want to be really detailed, you can search for the "biological half-life" or "plasma half-life" of whatever it is you're worried about. By splitting things up I figure I don't have to worry so much as to whether or not I've exceeded my body's buffering capacity for a given supplement.

I split them up, especially the water soluble vitamins.
After breakfast I take a multi, fish oil, joint support (glucosamine/chondroitin/msm)
After dinner I take C, B-complex, and D

If I were you I would split up the C (one at lunch, one at dinner)
