Hey all. I am wanting to add some new supplements to my daily regime and need some advice. I haven't taken a lot of supplements in my time mainly due to financial reasons as well as some skepticism. I've read a good amount about what certain supplements are supposed to do, but have always wondered how true what I've read actually is, as well as to what extent they work. Someone I live with read about a supplement "concoction" and bought into it. He was crazy about it and let me try this concoction for a week. I instantly could tell the difference in my workouts and obviously loved it. I've been thinking about trying this drink when I work out but definitely want to add supplements that will be beneficial to my workouts and my overall health (although I'm 21, in good shape and have no medical issues).

I am currently taking:
Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Super B-Complex, and Milk Thistle. Not sure if you count this as supplements but I also take protein powder after my workouts as well as pre-workout (I cycle off and on every month). I am definitely adding creatine. I also want to add BCAAs but am still skeptical about their effectiveness, what do you guys think about BCAAs, are they worth taking? Any suggestions on what supplements I should add? Should I stop taking any of them for some reason? Any and all feedback is appreciated.

EDIT: The supplement concoction I mentioned earlier was L-Leucine, L-Alanine, L-Glycine, and L-Glutamine mixed in a 24oz shaker bottle. I was cycling off of preworkout (as in not taking any) at the time I was drinking that.
