Welcome to the forums. Everyone has been blown up from time to time. Do what you do, keep at it and take everything with a grain of salt. I am no expert , far from it, but if your looking for one of the long time members and or moderators who have decades of experience behind them your going to have to present a very specific question and not so generalized. example; I'm 6'02" 189 , BF 20%, working out 3yrs , maintenance calories( weight x 15) are roughly 2835, take taking in 225-250g carbs, 125-150 protein, 60g fat, I would like to build muscle mass ( bulk up) or I'd like to develop muscle definition trim waist staying close to this weight (re-comp) or I'd like to get ripped and shredded ( cutting). Something along the lines of this will give them enough to work with. You should also direct it in the correct forum. Probably get more of a response under training or diet and nutrition even supps section. At your height and weight I set a goal of 200lbs cutting body fat at least 4-6% based on what you said your body doesn't show it. If your body doesn't reflect your work in the gym two things are off, your diet and your training. I recommend first, different forum, 2nd 3200-3400 calories , 275 protein, 200 or less carbs (clean complex), healthy fats around 80, fiber up over 25g. 1-2 gallons of water daily At 6'02" you can walk around at 200 looking fit but at 215 around 15% BF which is reasonable you'd even looked jack'd if that's what you want.
