what can i take if any that would help me get results faster. im in the gyn everyday for an hour.and i never miss a day. mon,wed,fri upper body.and tues,thurs lower body. im 22 5'8" 172. i am seeng some pretty good results for the time ive started ( nov- jan) but i would like to know what i could take that would enhance my progress and what side effects if any were attatched to what type. like my buddy. he is big on protien powder shakes and they seem to really work but he has also gained some noticeable "flab" and weight. i dont want that. on my lower body days i run the treadmill for 30min before my work out. any suggestions?
