Ok, I have an extremely fat metabolism. I could be eating something and I could already go poop it out. lol. I usually go to the restroom 3 times a day. Ok, sorry for all that info. But I've taken several weight gainers, protein shakes and nothing has helped me gain any weight. I've been at 125lbs for about 4 years now. I'm 21 years old. One of the weight gainers got me up to 128lbs in one mth, I kept taking it for another month and I didn't gain any more. So I stopped taking it and I went down to 125 again. What can I take that will help me get to about 140lbs and actually maintain the weight. Thanks in advance.
