22yrs old, 190lbs, 6'2", 16-1/2" arms, ~43" chest
I love this site! I joined because I checked it out one day and saw that there was a whole lot of valuable information on the site. Almost too much!
Questions I would like to get answered out of this site:
I'm not looking to get into competitions, or become another Arnold; just to gain a little more mass and tone myself- - - > What type of workout should I do??
Is 100% whey protein, a multi-vit and a good diet all I need to do this?
What types of food do I eat in a healthy diet?
What types of minerals, and nutrients do I need?
If anyone knows direct links please send them to me.
