Whats the best way to get your Natural testosterone up, an running?

I live in sunny florida.
Any feed back would be appreciated, I have taken "HCG" before, but i forgot how long i should wait for my first dose, the dosage and the length of time it should be taken after a cycle, or when you stop taking gear period!! Also, is there any natural supplements that would do the same thing if i cant get a hold of any HCG..... Thanks:thinking:
 
This is what my dosage looks like, however you will get very mixed opinions on dosage and length of time.

I take HCG after 4 weeks into my cycle. Mainly because I do not want to stay on HCG for an extended period of time. I run 250iu' 2x a week.

When my PCT start's I run 250-500iu's EOD until the test-c clears my system (about the first 2 weeks of my PCT). I stop taking HCG after the two weeks and continue with my normal PCT.

Make sure you use a good AI like aromasin or armidex while using HCG, on and off cycle.

They say that the legal oral testibol and other legal steroids will boost your natural test. Just something to think about.
 
Oh and do not eat anything SOY. Soy supresses your natural test. I think this is why most prisons feed their inmates soy based meats. Testosterone = agression in a prison setting.

Zinc is an essential mineral that is needed by your body to manufacture about 300 enzymes. Each of these enzymes have diverse processes and functions such as cell reproduction, immunity, protein synthesis, wound repair, vision, free radical protection and immunity.

This isn't the natty section granola boy. We use massive amounts of drugs in here. If you want to take herbs I suggest joining a home and garden web site.

i agree with heavy, but if u want try along with heavys plan , try tribulus it helps keep your libido a little higher. but 1,000mg ed is good. i used it with fantastic results in the bedroom only. but buy the bulgarian stuff.

Good question. I do not know the answer for this but common sense would tell me that it has its pros and cons. I would assume it depresses your natty test but is a good source of protein. Being we are on huge amounts of testosterone, it would not make a difference if we eat soy or not as we are not relying on our natural test.
 
Off cycle, I would not use soy protein. jmo though

There's a lot of hype out there about the health benefits of soy, and how it has no impact on testosterone levels in men. The soy lobby is a very well funded and organized group.
Over the years, they've bought more scientists, influenced more government agencies, and lobbied more politicians than just about any other group out there.

Hardly anybody was eating soy in the 1950's
Soy has gone from an almost non existent food in the US, to the point that it's in just about anything and everything you eat.
The USDA now allows up to 30% of the protein in school lunches to come from soy sources.

It's in your bread, the oil you cook with, and even the milk you drink.
Why?
Because cows aren't fed grass anymore, they're fed soy beans.
Even worse, we're giving it to our babies in the form of soy based formulas.
Here a interesting factoid for you....
Infants fed soy based formula have up to 22,000 times more estrogen compounds in their blood than babies fed milk based formula.
This equals the estrogenic equivalent of five birth control pills per day.
But the Asians eat soy, and they're just doing fine!
Yes, but contrary to popular opinion, soy is not the primary source of protein in Asia. It's a side, a compliment to the meal. It's also fermented which removes a large percentage of the toxins.
Also...
The Asians do not eat volumes of soy based meat substitutes, drink gallons of soy milk, or dump 50 grams of soy isolate protein powder into a smoothie every morning.
These are all very recent Western habits.
Habits we'll pay for in the decades to come!

Clinical and biological activity of soy protein powder supplementation in healthy male volunteers, Department of Medicine, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

PURPOSE: To determine if a commonly used soy protein supplement exhibits biological activity in vivo and in vitro, we evaluated an over-the-counter soy protein powder supplement using blood from healthy male volunteers and in an estrogen receptor in vitro assay.
SUBJECTS AND METHODS: We recruited healthy male volunteers 18 years of age or older that were in good health. Treatment consisted of consuming two scoops (56 g) of pure soy protein powder daily for 28 days. Serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels were collected on days -7, 0, 14, and 28 of therapy, and day 42.
RESULTS: Twelve subjects were enrolled with a mean age of 32.25 years (range 25 to 47). Serum testosterone decreased 19% during the 4-week use of soy protein powder and increased within 2 weeks after we discontinued soy protein powder. Soy protein powder was found to induce agonist activity to ER-beta using a reporter estrogen receptor assay in yeast.
CONCLUSION: Soy protein powder decreases serum testosterone levels in healthy men...
 
Back in the 80s we didn't PCT. The prevailing wisdom suggested some things to help stimulate normal production. These probably could not hurt when added to PCT. Some of these were/are:

1. sun light (i.e. tanning)
2. regular sexual activity
3. heavy compound lifts such as squats and deads
4. good sleep patterns including naps when possible

I would add fat intake to your list as cholesterol can be converted to testosterone.
 
^^^your right heavy. because i think, not totally sure but steroids are derived from cholesterol. could be wrong though.

Steroids are now made by switching molecules in plant's dna. Atleast that's where the raw powders come from. I do not know the process nor the plant , but I know it is derived from plants now. We use to get it from bulls testees.
 
So, i should wait about 2 weeks for testosterone to clear my system or be around base levels of normal producing test and start HCG, clomid and nolvadex all at the same time.. Also, Should i worry about aromatization issues because both clomid and nolvadex are anti-estrogens or act as anti-estrogens in the body?? So this is the plan; let me know if you think the dosages outlined at the bottom are about right?? please give me some feed back if you think the amounts are wrong!!

I'll take clomid at 50mg twice a day (12hrs apart) for 30 days.
I'll take nolvadex at 20 mg a day for 45 days.

And I'll take anywhere from 1000iu EOD to 2500 EOD for 8 shots (16 days
 
I Almost forgot,, im afraid of using to much HCG, because of the possibility of desentization of the Leydig cells.
That’s pretty much the last thing i want to do, because i want my own LH production to keep the testicles producing test!! Thanks for all the feed back!!
