what's the "lightest" cycle i can run with clen/t3 to fight muscle loss?

it's been a year since i ran my 2nd cycle of test/tren/mast which went well. im 24 5'11 205lbs 14% bf and wanna cut with clen/t3. im getting back into varsity wrestling at my college and need to eventually cut down to 174 by winter.

can i cruise on a low dose of test for a couple months to help fight against muscle loss? if i lose SOME muscle it's not a big deal. i just dont want it to be a drastic loss. so what dose would you recommend?

if i had the money, i'd run clen/t3 by itself to shed as much fat as possible and then do a recomp cycle of test/tren. but i'd prefer my original option stated above.

thoughts?
 
Run ECA/T3 with test instead of clen
 
250mg of test will do just fine, just don't go crazy on the t3 - 50mcg is more than enough

This is what I would do. 50mcgs T3 will be more than enough and as long as your protein is high enough you should see very little LBM loss. 200-300mg test EW.
 
i have used T3 pre contest numerous of times and i will tell you my honest opinion. NEVER go higher than 75mcg endless your test is being run really high. i felt that at 25-50 mcg i got really good fat burning effects. however that was on test tren masteron, and when i went to 75 mcg i realized that i got a little flat. guys think they are losing muscle but the truth of the matter is, that your body is burning all the stored fats and carbs and proteins in your body, so actually guys are just going flat and think they are losing muscle. i eventually went up to 100mcg and was only running 500 test a week and realized than i started to get a lot weaker and lost some muscle. so my advice to you is that if you are ONLY going to be on test and ONLY at 250 week? well i wouldn't go higher than 50mcg MAX bro. Also listen to Overburdened, ECA over clen any day. i love ECA so much better and it is cheaper and i feel just works better all around. my last pre contest stack was 350 tren ace, 500 test, 350 masteron , T3 ramping up and down, ECA. trust me you will lose fat with that. you can lose fat without any of this bro. you could dial in your cardio and diet to perfection and just take 250 week of test. personally with what you have available to you i would just do ECA and 250 test a week with perfect cardio and diet. save the T3 for when you have the proper compounds to avoid muscle loss and fatigue.

exactly... clen will downregulate receptors which will make it so that ECA is far less effective if you follow the clen with ECA... and you only have a limited amt of time you can run clen(because of the downregulation)... plenty will disagree.... but, if you are running t3, have plenty of aas to back up the t3, get your diet spot on, and get some cardio in EVERY DAY(fasted cardio is best!!) youu will lose fat at a very good rate!
