whats up everyone?
im here to get some more opinions/advice on training, nutrition, and all the other good stuff. 19 years old, 5'11", ive gone from a lil 156 from when i started lifting to 189 now. basically stayed the same body fat for the most part, from what it seems from in the mirror anyways, but my abdominal definition is gone...so any adivce on that will be great! dont know what my max's are but bench i do 270 5x5, deadlift 335 5x5, and squat i am just about to start doing again. my knee felt weird everytime i did squats so i decided to give deads and squat a break, just recently got back into deads, and squats are coming up again for tuesday. but a couple months ago i maxed on squat and got 395.
