I have recently started taking my bulk seriously and want to get evrything going perfect in my diet, I have all the nutrition sorted out but my whey is confusing me...
I have bought some whey which is pre-made by the gym, they sell it cheaper because its concentrate and it has all the stuff addedd to it, it has stuff like dextrose allready mixed in it.
I have been told I should be having cottage cheese on the night to stop my body burning muscle overnight, I can only get half a cup down me since I dont have the taste for the stuff yet, to make sure I dont loose my muscle I usualy have 1 scoop of whey in the morning, people say I should have it pre, during and post workout too, I used to have:
1 scoop in the morning
2 post workout with 1tsp creatine

should I change it around so I have 1 in the morning 1 scoop pre workout and one scoop post workout with creatine?
my whey contains 20g protein per scoop with 6g carbs, people say I should add some simple carbs after my workout and since my shake only gives me 6 carbs per scoop should I be having more carbs?

I wasnt sure if this post was suposed to be under here or diet/nutrition so if I have it on the wrong forum I am sorry. I have done allot of research but cant find the answer to my problem on the internet that is why I posted it here.
