Buy online. www.1fast400.com is excellent. I recently also ordered from www.trueprotein.com since BSL no longer sells protein. www.dpsnutrition.net isn't bad either.

I personally like whey isolate (as opposed to whey concentrate). Right now, Im using a clearance GNC 100% Whey Isolate. Its got 50g per serving.

There are TONS out there, it is the most common building supp, so definately check around.


Just stay away from GNC until you know general prices, etc, of other stores and online retailers. Typically, youll find the best deals online.

Just a hint - Dont buy Nitro-Tech. Its good but overpriced. Just like the rest of the stuff at GNC.

Take some pineapple or some bromelin or lactrase tabs and call it a nght. jesus....!
