I personally like whey isolate (as opposed to whey concentrate). Right now, Im using a clearance GNC 100% Whey Isolate. Its got 50g per serving.

There are TONS out there, it is the most common building supp, so definately check around.

Just stay away from GNC until you know general prices, etc, of other stores and online retailers. Typically, youll find the best deals online.

Just a hint - Dont buy Nitro-Tech. Its good but overpriced. Just like the rest of the stuff at GNC.

Good luck.

find a small local supplement shop....in Phx we have "One Stop Nutrition" and "House of Fitness" Prices comparable to net deals.

6oxo is $35
IDS Whey Isolate 10lbs for $60
Amel Nitrates to loosen my inhibitions and rectum...priceless

lol...

That was pretty funny.

I'm planing on buying this protein powder tomorrow.. what you guys think of the ingredients?

Costco's Pro-rated whey is great, 6lbs for $20. I also order custom blends from trueprotein.com

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Costco go with the Chocolate and the Vanilla :lick:
They used to carry the Banana flavor, not anymore

i used to use on's chocolate, but now use allthewhey's isolate. I'm finishing up the banana now, and expect the chocolate this week. The banana was great.

Go with chocolate, the vanilla flavor isn't good.

yes go with the Choco Pro-Rated. Vanilla didnt taste good at all. I basically threw it out after 2 servings.

allsportsnutrition.com
Solid Whey (mixes well and tastes great)

Try the dymatize whey protein. I used to use the ON chocolate until I tried the chocolate dymatize- the taste is amazing!

i get mine from work which is max muscle i get everything at cost so cool for me o yeah and if you dont wanna get your shit online you can go to max muscle in san francisco i dont work at that one but for the most part they are all about the same its in the castro district i belive i have yet to go there you can look it up online if u want to get the closest location

all the whey! Strawberry is amazing (blend) tastes like ice cream

sounds a little expensive-must be that "added natural digestive enzyme complex to improve digestibility and assimilation, thus reducing bloating commonly associated with protein ingestion".

Take some pineapple or some bromelin or lactrase tabs and call it a nght. jesus....!:nanner:
