I read a pretty good article on using creatine while using steroids. I want to give it a shot. I didn't have much success (if any) with creatine mono and I also want to keep bloat down.
I don't know much about the other creatines as my failure with mono made me not care about creatine but I'd like some input from guys that have used creatine on cycle.
I found the best sucess I've had with any creatine since the old Legal Gear stuff ( and I've used CEE as well as VPX's CEX ) has been injectable creatine.3X weekly on cycle, and 1 X weekly off cycle with an oral creatine ED. ZERO water retention from injects and real strength gains quick this way.Not a suggestion, just some info I hope may be useful for options.

Hey Heavy I'm sure you've heard of and perhaps even know some folks who suffered some problems with Creatine Mono and kidneys. I seem to met quite a few. As a matter of fact was'nt that one of the major reasons for the "estered" Creatine ? I know for a fact it was with Legal Gear ( now legal science) and if I'm not mistaken back in the day Troy from VPX said that was the reason for CEX as well. My best guess would be perhaps some tolerate mono better than most.At this point in my life I think I've found a winner for myself with injectable creatine......it's one of those things that 2 minutes after inject you really feel different.....a real difference. Just my talk on it and What the hell would I know .lol

No idea, I imagine kindney problems are not from the creatine. There have been some high dose trials that had no negative effects other than GI related. I have used 30 grams daily with some GI discomfort but nothing that was too big a deal.
GymRat707, I have been taking CON-CRET for the past year and I'm very familiar with the results it can give you, and therefore I can tell you it's worth giving it a try! Since it's a pure Creatine HCl, you don't need to load with CON-CRET or cycle off, there's no reason for that because CON-CRET is extremely soluble, therefore is not necessary to take large amounts upfront for the creatine to get into your bloodstream and start working. You only need to take small amounts (Creatine Micro-Dosing) to see the effects. CON-CRET's Micro-Dosing has you take 1/4 tsp of powder per 100 lbs of body weight, and there's no side effects experienced typical of Creatine Monohydrate, bloat, cramping, water retention and GI distress. Taking CON-CRET provides strength gains along with endurance during hard physical exercise (lifting, etc.), and will also offer you muscle recovery from intensive work-outs.
Also, where did you read the article on taking creatine with steroids? That would most definitely cause damage to your kidneys. Creatine is the one legal sports supplement that you can take that will give you steroid-like effects, but naturally. Why would you take risks with a steroid when you can get great benefits from a creatine?
Mono requires a shuttle, never worked for me and I already carry bodyfat easily so I don't need tons of sugar - and even when I tried that I never felt good results.
CEE works for me, I think I bought a kilo for $29, just find one that works for you.
There is no reason to stop taking creatine, ever. I think the reason for the post is that some people used to stop taking it during cycles because some people felt they were wasting money. Frankly, it isn't expensive anyway, and again, no requirement to cycle it.
