who's had gyno surgery? need info please.

nipples at times but it goes away. not painful but uncomfortable. just wondering if any ideas on this. sorry for the many single post but had to get to 50..

best course of action is to drop methadrol.

Why's that?

On a side note last week I went in and spoke with my plastic surgeon that did my gyno surgery. He checked my chest out said what I was feeling was a dip on the 2 sides where they went in and did the surgery it was a small fat pocket on the outside of each of my pecs that had firmed up. Completely normal he said and what I was noticing was just a bit of fat that was behind my nipples. That putting on 20lbs in 3 weeks and my BF going up from 6% to whatever I was at now was the probable cause of that.

Said once my BF goes back down to normal level's everything should go back to normal.

The important thing that he noted was that it would be near impossible for me to develop gyno BEHIND my nipples again, that they removed all of the glandular tissue that was between my nipple and the breast wall. He said they had left a tiny bit around the far outsides of the walls for cosmetic reasons but for that to even start growing it would be very difficult.

Anyways I think it was just me overreacting or getting nervous about possible sides. Every day that goes by it seems more and more normal and not noticeable.

I had it done. It was about $4000. I'd recommend a good plastic surgeon. I remember it was considered an elective surgery, my insurance did not pay. Some surgeons even have payment plans now. So you can pay about $100- $150 a month.
It is a same day surgery, I was back in the gym in about a week. Find a surgeon that has done this on bodybuilders!! A good surgeon will cut right under the nipple. That area is pink, no scar shows. It was worth it for me. I got it when I was young, used too much anadrol and I didn't know much about AI's.
Google Gyno and surgeons, you will find a ton of them.

yeah...already googled it. also been searching other boards that i go to as well an came up with the docs i found. some of the top in the BB scene.

Why would I lie about that? A week later I was back training arms, shoulders and legs. maybe 2-3 weeks later I was doing chest. Talk to a surgeon, they usually do a free consult.
I lived in NJ when I did mine. My surgeon's name was Rosenberg. Nadler is another good one. This was about 6 years ago.
