Jeanie it's probably due to a number of things:
1) You have been living on the edge with your extreme cut fitness levels and you are probably slightly insulin insensitive and not getting enough glucose pump into your tissue for lack of sufficient insulin boost. Try purposely spiking your insulin post workout for a week with some pasta and then ingest whey protein 15 minutes later.
2) You are not getting enough rest since you are hitting the gym so hard and are all activated and unable to sleep long (which I have a theory is a side effect of improved circulation, oxygenation and fitness). Try taking a few days off and just relax, read a book and focus on calmness with no TV or other distractions.
3) You are picking up subtle vibrations that all the guys here on IM are having all manner of fantasies about you and you don't know if you should slap us all silly for projecting such inappropriate thoughts or pick and chose from a large field of suiters. Try rolling the dice and randomly PM'ing some of us men and asking us if we are responsible for this and if there is anything you can do to calm down the subliminal thoughts.
