Has bodybuilding become boring? This is an opinion that has cropped up more and more as of late. Even Shawn Ray has put his opinions out there ? claiming that the Arnold Classic competitions are starting to become stale and no superstar bodybuilders want to show their face on stage. There are no true rivalries anymore since Phil and Kai.

The Golden age, which everyone says was the 90's, was so exciting because you had so many hall of fame bodybuilders on the same stage multiple times every year.

They almost always came in peeled and their structures were mostly amazing.

It would be like having Dexter, Phil, Shawn, Roelly, Cedric and Rhamy coming to 5 shows back to back peeled out of their minds.

Guys only compete one time a year, or none of they were top 5 in the O, these days unless they are chasing a qualifier. And those guys chasing the qualifier aren't going to do much damage anyways.
