So i heard from another member of the ironmagazine forus that women cannot lift more weight than men. The identity of this member shall remain hidden for the moment but via a PM which was sent to me, i was disgusted at what CowPimp had to say...ooops...okay it was CowPimp. He thinks that men are so superior than men that it makes me sick. I mean c'mon..Ive seen Jane McNamara (Scottish bodybuilding champion 1975) do the exercise "Good Mornings" with 200 kilos, bench presses over 500 kilos and on one occasion she was at this charity event where she squated a baby elephant to raise money for her local town....it was in all the papers! So you see..women can be equal to men in all aspects.

Quit being such a dumb fuck, when a woman is juiced out of her mind shes equal. Men and women are not equal in all aspects and we shouldnt be.

Somebody, for the love of god, ban this dumbass.

Konan - men and women aren't equal physically. Natural, or juiced, men are stronger but there of course exceptions.

This guys such a tool, he cant even come up with his own insults. He has to steal mine

Damn Konan you be writing some wacky on some weed shid sometimes.

Yes men are stronger on average than women... deal with it.

Of course a juiced body building girl is going to be stronger than guys that don't work out. Given the same training and steroid use, most men would be stronger than most women.

It's dumb shit thinking like this that's sucking the fun out of life. There are way too many people running around saying "You said men and women are different, so you're a sexist pig."

Men and women are physically and emotionally very different and this is a good thing.

You're the kind of dickless wonder that's taking the man out of manhood. Fucking pussy.

You can replace "most" with "all".

Men and women ae physiologically diferent, and it goes far beyond muscle fiber density and thickness. Skeletal - bone density and several important skeletal joint angle differences - tendon thickness, androgen receptors (regardless of juicing, there are still differences in receptor density in key muscle groups in the upper and lower body that determine strength in key bench and lift comparators), physical muscle mass, fat metabolism and fat depot storage are all key gender-specific differences that markedly impact power/mass ratios.

That is not to say that women can't be quite strong, but there are solid physial and chemical reasons why women will never be as strong as men.

Doesn't mean we can't be as smart, though. Relative strength comes in many denominations.

You're right. I forgot grip strength. Another big difference that will affect power performance in common metrics used to assess relative strength.

Thanks, MM.

My roomate is a buck twenty-five and could't bench press 70lbs. There is a girl at my gym that can squat 300lb and benchpress 140lbs, and she is probably a buck twenty-five also. So, it really isn't fair to say all.

I will however say 99% of men are physically stronger in every way than women.
It doesn't make us better, just different. Men can't bare children. That doesn't make men worthless, just different.

Konan.......words can't describe your stupidity, so I will not even try.

Just for the record, I have never sent a private message to Konan. If I did, it would be to tell him that he's a retard.

However, men are generally stronger than women, particularly when it comes to upper body strength. Are there exceptions? Yes, Becca Swanson benched 500 pounds. However, you must also consider that she is juiced out of her mind, weighs God knows how much, and that was in a 15 million ply bench shirt most likely.

Boys have a penis, girls have a vagina!

The quote I was referencing stated that they had the same level of training. Of course someone who trains will be stronger than someone who doesn't.
