Sissy welcome to IM! :thumb:

Max OT Cardio (AST's name) - basically HIIT cardio or High Intensity Interval Training.

HIIT - see above answer

BMR - Basal Metabolic Rate (the mimimal caloric requirement needed to sustain life in a resting individual)

Fasted Cardio Session - doing cardio on an empty stomch, i.e. upon waking in the morning.

thanks, I just found out about BMI too. = Body mass index (BMI) is measure of body fat based on height and weight.

1 step at a time, ;)

the BMI does not really apply to people that lift weights, so take it with a grain of salt.

the BMI says that I am obese.

Yep, totally agree it's a very general guideline for the average joe, doesn't really tell you anything that you can't see with the naked eye.

Welcome!!! :wave2:
