Would appreciate cycle advice

First of all I want to state I have 0 experience first hand with anabolic substances. The little I do know is from reading on this site and various other places on the web. I want to start a cycle, heres a little backround info.
1) Age - 22
2) Weight and Percent BodyFat - 5'9 168lbs 17% body fat
3) Years of Consistant Training experience - 3 years, year and a half off, 8 months back on
4) Previous Cycle experience - zero
5) Training routine and Diet - Diet consists of 5-6 moderate meals a day usually consisting off chicken/fish/steak + vegetables. Mornings usually consist of peanut butter, steel cut oatmeal, greek yogurt w/ honey, lots of protein shakes throughout the day.


6) Cycle Goals - Like I stated in the beginning I really don't know what I'm doing concerning steroids. I was thinking about starting a 8 week cycle of winstrol 10mg/per day orally.
I was also thinking about getting on a very moderate amount of testosterone. My goals are to gain 6-10 lbs of muscle while possibly losing 5-8 lbs of fat. Body fat ideally in the 12-15% range.

Would very much appreciate feedback and input.

You're too young to start a cycle. Put in 3 more years and get your body fat down naturally.
 
I am not a fan of winstrol only cycles or winstrol cycles period. I run it for contest prep only. To me its only going to shine at lower bf to really harden and dry you up. As for age you have a few things to think about. I have nothing against young guys doing gear. Many of them have to, to take it to the next level, but I dont think your there yet.

My opinions: If you only plan to do a few cycles then just don't do gear. Its not worth it, I made the decision to run gear young. Winny only and say decent gains, I feel I could have got them natty too but then lost them just as fast. So I stopped. I started using gear again after taking a 5 year break from the gym to get me back into it. I started Natty and things just were not going well. Actually got depressed, thats when I became friends with a pro and decided this is what I want to do. I want to take it to that level or close to it. So I got on a test only cycle and worked my way up to a test dbol and never looked back. The only time i EVER plan on coming off is either to have kids (if i have issues) or if I just lose all motivation to lift.

If you desire to take it to that level do us this favor first. Get your diet in check. It sounds horrible, liquid meals are not the answer to size. If most of your protein comes from a tub from GNC then your not going to get the size you want even with gear. Start eating more meat, I never take a shack alone any more if I take one its with almonds and a salad. I try to get some thing hard in my stomach no matter what to keep things working. If this is bro science or medical science I dont care its working.

Goal your self with ten lbs of natural muscle after you get your diet in check. Once you realize your diet is where you are at then lets revisit your first cycle and 10 lbs with a 5% decrease in bf. Make it a challenge and work for it. It is to easy to think if I pop this pill I will be where I am now. Challenge your self to be unstoppable.
