Well I got good gains from stacking and oral 4-AD with it similar to androdiol select, at 600mg a day, but from what I've read these topical 4-ad's are supposed to be better than oral ones, either way you'll be good.

You should definately go with 4Derm. Transdermal 4AD is much more bioavailable. You will have much better results with it. Hands down, 4Derm is better.
