Xtend during w/o worth it?

I have been using 4 scoops of Xtend during my workouts for a long time. I just ran out and about to reorder but wonder if its actually worth it or not as long and your getting good pre and post workout meals. I dont know that it does anything for me except mentally.
 
Hmm everyone's different, but for me I never go without taking bcaa's. I noticed a huge difference in recovery when I stick with them.
 
I like it when I am working out fasted, not really when I am not simply because I do fine with water only. It is definitely going to help with recovery, no question about that at all.
 
I always take some just to add flavor to my water , andthere is an added benefit to taking in more bcaa . They cant hurt I mean they are non toxic , but I think you could shop around find some cheaper , get the most bang for your buck .
 
I've tried amino's.
They didn't noticeably help me in recovery or energy.
I didn't order amino's again.
If you don't think it's working for you, then save your money, or maybe try something else.
