Hi, I'm a returning lifter (got out d/t an injury because of poor form and life problems) fresh out of nursing school (ICU Nurse) and able to spend more time doing what I love... getting bigger/faster/stronger. I got back into the gym after having a code I wasn't able to keep up with, and with America getting heavier, I need to be strong enough to lift them 12 hours a day, 3 days a week. An old friend talked to me about the site so I thought I'd come do some research.

I'm a little guy at 218 and 18.2% BF but hope to keep converting to the dark side.

Back into the shadows I go to do some reading....

Welcome to the forum bro! How often do you lift? What type of training and workout routine do you use? What about macros do you calculate them each day? How many meals do you eat?

I've been on a more cardio biased interval entire body routine for the last month or two trying to get my BF down to a reasonable level with a 4 day split, Straight cardio twice a week to keep the physicians happy.

Macros are only a rough calculation right now, but 40/40/20 is around my ratio, dropping the carbs/fat pending energy/weight gain/workout intensity. 6-8 meals a day average. Sometimes a meal down while at work (no time), sometimes a meal up when I'm at home and cooking the weeks worth of food.
