I should have told you all a bit more. I've really been more into powerlifting than bodybuilding. I just love to lift the really heave weights, at least heavy for me.....i'm 37years of age and 180 lbs. Right now I'm maxing at 295 on the bench, raw... and 400 squat w/ wraps...I don't deadlift......
I convinced the administration where I work to put in a fitness facility. I speced out the equipment and have everything you need to get the job done.
So, I am lucky that I simply have to walk across the hall and I'm at "my" gym.
