Yoo! Whats up everybody
Im pretty new to the board, joined awhile back but jst started posting..been doing alot of research.
a lil about me Im 22 ..23 in april and ill be starting my first cycle in Jan 2013 in the mean time i will continue training hard and taking in all the info i can. I know im somewhat young to start but im no noob to lifting and eating right, Ive been a personal trainer for 2 years and been working out since 14(actually knowing what im doing for about 5yrs) anyways heres my stats if interested.
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 200-205lbs
Bench: 400
Deadlift:450
Squat: 400
body fat: not sure but I can always see my abs
on bench,dead,and squat i can go heavier but this is my cutoff weight..im scared of injuring myself,but once im one cycle i will go heavier..
soo yea, just wanted to introduce myself..if you guys have any good first timer cycle suggestions throw them at me..I have a few in mind but just not too sure yet..but once i start in jan. i will definatley make a log..w/ pics
