Hello I am only 14 years of age, but I love to lift weights. My real name is Mark if you wish to call me that. I came here to learn a few things. I started off lifting a year ago curling 10lbs[dumbell] and i now curl 25lbs[dumbell] i started off lifting 30lbs[barbell] i now do 60lbs[barbell] i can bench around 115 i max out at 145.
All i use is what my father has laying around the house. We have 10,15,20,25lbs dumbells, a barbell and a bench, a total gym 1000, the ab lounge 2.

I am also wondering with what i listed above, what is the best workout i can do that involves what i have that i listed above. I know they suggest meal plans and steriods i think they are i rely am not sure[MetRX etc,.] But i would to know what is the best workout that i can do to get my arms bigger without eating diet meals or supplements [at the age of 14 turning 15 in a few weeks] with just the stuff i have laying around the house. If anyone has any suggestions please tell :)

sry to edit but i usually workout 3 times a week [sunday,tuesday,friday] if that would help with finding a workout plan maybe.

1 more thing it looks like i can have a gallery of pics on here, correct? At the age of 14 can i post pics of how ripped i am:rocker: ???
