I am going to start supplementing extra zinc in my diet and I had a few questions about it....
1- what is the best type of zinc to take? (chelated w/ copper, sulphate, etc......)
2- when is the best time to take and with what foods not to take it with? ie.....empty stomach, Not to take w/ calcium
3- Can zinc and arginine be taken together?
