hi this is my first thread so bit new to it all. just wondering if anyone has any solid information to prove that zma can increase test levels. everyone goes on about it aiding sleep but i seem to go out like a light but then wake up in the early hours for 10 mins or so ( prob a good time for a protein shake). basically if im not benefiting from my test levels rising i would rather sleep right through and cut it out. i know what all the claims say and zinc and mag will boost test levels etc so thats not my question its is what they claim true and how significant is the difference. any help would be great cheers
