Yes but I was always like that. What is changing is how I react to it. Now I get upset because people think I should care when I obviously dont and this is one of the few things I really care about.

no i mean my kids are fighting Tesla and Tyler. it tends to make one fantasize of ways to make it not worth it to them

There are things I really care about but the number of things that I dont care is so much larger. I think a lot of people are like that. Well they must be.

Vieope, most people like, or dislike, life based on how much they feel that they are in control of their life. Might this be the deeper issue? It probably is. Then you need to understand that you can take control of your life in ways you never thought possible.
Try it. Pick on thing in your life that you want to have or something you don't like and make a plan to make that a reality. Once you feel this success, you'll find that you'll want to do more to change your world. Then you can kiss the apathy you're feeling goodbye.

It is not about an incompetence of not getting the things I want, it is more about not wanting to pursue things that I dont really care but people keep thinking that I should care about them.
People should be more cool, relaxed.
