First time user need some advice

hey guys, before i start i will just give you some info about myself


) Age 20
2) Weight 196lbs and Percent BodyFat =unknown, but is overweight
3) training for about a year
4) never used a cycle before
5) workout mon-friday, seperate part each day
6) Cycle Goals- is to get cut and put on some more muscle mass

so basically im looking for a mild steriod, nothing with alot of side affects, but will give me the results im looking for. looking to get cut, and add some muscle mass, any suggestions on good cycle to try? i was considering deca.

dude, u dont need no steroids, u need another good 5 yrs lifting experience under your belt, a killer diet, hard work in the gym, some rest and patience.

REad the dieting stickies and get going!

You key is your diet......not steriods.
 
Diet and physical activity are the keys. We could list many reasons why you should not do steroids, even "mild" ones.
 
I agree with everyone. It's all about the diet bro. I wouldn't hit the roids until your mid 20's anyway and make sure you have your training and diet in check first.

You could try to control yourself when eating......and training for more than a few months might also be a good idea. :bulb:
 
I agree with everyone else here bro.At 20 your test levels should be high enough to make some great gains from training alone.I would work on that and get your diet in order before even considering AAS use.You should first build a solid base naturally,reach your natural limit before going on to anything else.There is no way you have done that with one year of training bro.

There is no rush brother,take your time,do it right and you will be better off in the long run.
