I say we contract Rickson Gracie to go in there and single handedly wipe out their army en route to disposing all of the nukes. Problem solved.

No. There's no need. The media darling, Imanutjob, is the only one who's making any noise. The rest of the country is not excited at ALL about the possiblity of a war with us. Besides, they've tasted freedom and they want more. If we don't mess this up by getting involved, they're going to have their own civil war and the situation will handle itself.

We should just bomb the shit out of Iran, smoke 'em if you've got 'em, and then go home.

That "spreading democracy" shit has got to go.

Bingo, we cripple their nuclear program with quick, concentrated aerial bombings. There is minimal casualties and maximum damage done to their weaponry.

Decker, you're turn.

Next question.

We'll take Decker's silence to mean he is against it.

Well played Decker. Well played.

Round 1 goes to Decker.

Yeah but that could last hundreds of years!

Yeah that guy in Iran is about as popular in his own country as that guy in The Whitehouse is in our country, maybe we should just dump them on Midway Island and let them duke it out?

No way I am so glad the Republican Party has begun to see the Liberal side of Nation saving and welfare for a country that was once under a dictator, I think we should continue with this policy until we have saved all of the countries in dire need of our hard earned dollars, that way when the money's down we can go back to States Rights to regulate and not big Government. It's a brilliant plan....

And Texas can finally secede once and for all.......:hot: and the Bush family can become it's monarchy!

....First topic: Should we attack Iran?
No.

We should continue down the long and arduous road of negotiations and such. It ain't pretty but it's a hell of a lot cheaper than an all out attack.

It is too bad that no one in the Bush administration has any capacity for civilized foreign relations.

War as a first option worked so well in Iraq that we should just avoid it. We don't want to lose two wars now do we?

Nope we should nuke them before they nuke us....thats what we should do period. Then we use the glass sheet left behind to cover solar modules which we will donate to the survivors to start a new....

Oh and Iran will become part of our new Empire, we will name it Texas II, until the day Texas secedes, then it'll just be Texas.

You mean New Texas.

Now we have this:
Gates describes Iraq evidence against Iran

Info on explosives shows Tehran 'very much involved,' Pentagon chief says

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17064803/

The Iraq invasion made this possible. Take out a moderately stable secular government in a country populated by religious sects and replace it with a 'democracy. Well hey ho big shooter, now we have the Shia majority step in as the ruling party and move against the Sunni minority. And as a bonus, the Shia party of Iraq is sympatico with the Shia party that runs Iran.

So Iran has an influence on Iraq. Wow. Who could have seen this one coming down the pike.

I mean now we have to, no, we must attack Iraq also.

Now the SURGE makes sense.

But Iran is aiding the largely Sunni insurgency....Boy that doesn't make a lot of sense does it? How do we flesh this out? How do we deal with seemingly contradictory 'evidence?"

Point: Decker

Round 1 goes to Decker.

Round 2...starting in 5 minutes.

No, they will take the name Texas since old Tejas will be Bushland.
Nah ... we all hate BushCo here now. BTW just 'cause the BushCo crime family imigrated here from Coneticunt to avoid personal income tax doesn't make em Texans.
