Firstly, check your diet. Get that sorted and you'll slap on some decent size naturally. Seeing that you've trained for 8 years, you've proabably already done all that etc.
From what Ive learnt, most starter cycles tend to consist of a test base and maybe an oral to kick start (if orals are used at all- first timers arguably don't need them). Overall though, make you sure you have a POST CYCLE TREATMENT (PCT) prepared too as this is just as important, if not more, than the cycle itself.
A suggestion would be do a 10-12 week cycle of test cypionate or enanthate at about 500mg a week (maybe split it to two shots of 250mg a week) with maybe 25mg of Dbol every day for the first 4 to 6 weeks till the test properly kicks in. Again, the dbol may not even be needed being a first timer as you'll hopefully get good enough gains just from the test.
As for your PCT, try Nolvadex (60mg ED tapering down to 20mg ED) for a further six weeks after the cycle with maybe HCG being run during the cycle or as part of the PCT (the topic if when to run HCG within a cycle or after, has already caused many a debate on these boards).
That's just a start, but as these guys said, do some research first and get more of a concrete foundation in AAS so you don't get ripped off and so you're clearer on what you're getting into.
Maybe worth getting a check up to, blood work - the lot, so you know the state of your health before hand so to avoid any trouble and to get an idea as to how the gear effects you other than the growth.
