Okay so I'm doin' a scan on it now, then I'll grab my data buuuuuut I kinda like having such a small portable 80 gig drive. I see the limit is 80 gigs on that HP zv5000 ... but why ? If Toshiba sells a 160 gig pata ... why will this not work in place of the Toshiba 80 gig?

I knew you would like having a small external HD....I got mine before external were popular....it was actually a Laptop rescue kit, but I used a 6 gig drive and took my stuff to school on it while others were still using CD-RW's and what not, they thought I was a L33T H@><0|2, I mean this was when thumbdrives were barely 128MB's

Does your PDA have a USB port? If it is a smaller jack then you could splice a regular cable that connects to the HD and the PDA size cable end together and there you go...

Mini USB ... I have the correct cable for it in a box somewhere.
