Myself, I'm going with Ubuntu
M$ claims a lot of things with Vista but really DX10 and the aero interface are the 2 things going for vista.
I went to Ubuntu 2 and half months ago and I'm never going back to Windows.
Vista is a resource hog.
I have heard good things about Ubuntu. I might try it out.
Whats crossover? I am thinking of giving Ubuntu a try, but i do need to use some programs like dreamweaver, fireworks..etcThere are a few programs (Amibroker, Photoshop, Flash 8) from Windows that I wanted to keep using. Thanks to Crossover I'm still using them.
XP will be supported for another 7 years.
Vista may turn out to be another ME.

Cool thanks. I dont know if I'm ready to get rid of Windows totally currently. I see if i can install both and pick one during start up.Most stuff will work on WINE (which is free); but Crossover is great for some software (like MS Office).
