The Batman vs. Superman

Batman gets laid way more than Superman therefore he wins.

Thats because Clark Kent is a bumbling fool, where Bruce Wayne is Mr. Suave.

Clark: Oh, uh, hey...i work for a newspaper...i, uh, um, wear glasses, haha.

Bruce: Hey baby, i have a mansion, many cars, a butler, and a secret cave. Get on me.

I wonder if Batman could defeat Superman with his charm...

Batman carried a small sample of Kryptonite around with him in his utility belt. Batman had superman's number. I could be mistaken, but I think in one edition, batman even mad bullets out of kryptonite.

Batman kept secret files of every super hero and how to disable them if necessary. I think it was titled Tower of Babel.

Anyway, Batman's files were stolen (I don't remember by who, maybe Ra) and this person used them to try to disable JLA. It was Red Kryptonite that was in Batman's files, not green, and the red (in the comics anyway) could cause any sort of problems with his powers. In this case I think it disabled his powers and drained him of all energy. They booted Batman out for that.

Then you have Dark Knight series where Superman was just a pawn for America and it took some beatings and convincing of his super hero friends to join Batman. Superman and Batman fought a lot in those and neither of them won. They each wounded each other. Batman even used Kryptonite in those too.

You are only thinking of the movies would unfortunately are a poor representation of both characters.

I'll give it to Batman, simply because he likely keeps Kryptonite handy on his utility belt . That and I prefer Batman over Superman. Supes powers make him too ho-hum. Yeah, Batman doesn't have super powers, but he's still a hero. I prefer that he carries baggage, it makes him more interesting.
