Well, I finally went to the gym today and damn I'm weak. I used to be one of the strong guys in the gym and now I'm like a 15 girl...I fucking hate being the gym pussy. I kept it pretty light and simple today, I didn't want to overwork my hand but damn, it still hurt pretty bad. I also weighed myself for the first time in a long time and wow...I lost about 15 pounds. This is the lightest I've been for years.
I'll never quit lifting again...
Dude, you looking at it all wrong. You will advance at an incredibly fast rate for a few months. It will take you less than 3 months to get back to 50% of what you use to be if your diet and training is spot on.
